Happy Holidays from Foster’s Yacht Services

Wishing you happiness this Holiday Season and prosperity in the New Year. Thank you for being a loyal customer to Foster’s. We look forward to continuing our relationship in the up and coming years.

All the best to you and your family, Dennis Fosters

As small businesses continue to feel the economic crunch more and more florida, Foster’s yacht services, fosters, ft lauderdale, FYS Companies are tapping in to their creative side in order to stay competitive and keep the doors open, especially in the marine industry where we are considered a luxury item. Most owners are trying to keep the mortgage and light bills paid, versus refitting their yachts; so the industry has become a needs and wants game now. Yacht owners are only doing what needs to be done, not what they want to. They are holding onto their money with the uncertainty of the US economies stability.

Back in 2008 and 2009 captains and owners would only go looking for 2 quotes on a job; now they are looking for 5 or more, which creates a price bidding war. It just comes to show you what an economic state can do to even the wealthiest people. Especially since most small marine companies have to carry three types of insurance, workers comp, Longshoreman’s, and ships repairs and liabilities with a minimum of $1 million dollars; So let’s all keep up with the new world and keep the ball rolling.
